Jeta97 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification via national ID or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the maximum daily deposit is BDT 500,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

7Limitation of Liability

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jeta97 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• When the Terms & Conditions have been violated.

• When the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• When a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.
